Haute Collective began in 2021 as The Lash Babe Co., with a passion for beauty and a dream to create something bigger. As that dream grew, so did the vision.

The goal was never simply to build a successful salon. It was to create a space where everyone feels valued, important, respected, and loved. A place where beauty professionals can come to work without toxicity, drama, or chaos and instead find encouragement, support, growth, and community.

We wanted to create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, where everyone has a place at the table, and where our team can grow both personally and professionally.​ That vision became Haute Collective.

Today, we are a faith-based, all-inclusive salon, spa, tattoo studio, and beauty destination, bringing countless beauty and self-care experiences together under one roof.

At the heart of everything we do is our faith and our belief that people matter. We believe God has given each of us unique gifts and talents, and we want Haute Collective to be a place where those gifts can be developed, celebrated, and used to serve others.
